- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 8 Kinder Bueno bars, chopped
- Vanilla ice cream, for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish and set aside.
- Cream Butter and Sugars: In a large bowl, cream the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla.
- Whisk Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix these dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Fold in Extras: Gently fold in the chocolate chips and chopped Kinder Bueno bars.
- Assemble the Pie: Press the cookie dough evenly into the prepared pie dish.
- Bake: Place in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the edges are golden and the center is set but still soft.
- Cool and Serve: Allow the pie to cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm, optionally topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
