  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
  • 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce, homemade or store-bought
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup kalamata olives, pitted and halved
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh dill or parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare Naan: Place naan breads on a baking sheet. Spread tzatziki sauce over each, leaving a border.
  3. Add Toppings: Layer chicken, onion, tomatoes, olives, and feta on the sauced naan.
  4. Season: Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle salt and pepper.
  5. Bake: Cook in the oven for about 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden.
  6. Garnish and Serve: Remove from oven, add spinach, and garnish with dill or parsley.
