- 2 large naan breads
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
- 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce, homemade or store-bought
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup kalamata olives, pitted and halved
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill or parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare Naan: Place naan breads on a baking sheet. Spread tzatziki sauce over each, leaving a border.
- Add Toppings: Layer chicken, onion, tomatoes, olives, and feta on the sauced naan.
- Season: Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle salt and pepper.
- Bake: Cook in the oven for about 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden.
- Garnish and Serve: Remove from oven, add spinach, and garnish with dill or parsley.
