Instructions
- Prepare the Pie Crust: Spread the pecans and chocolate chips evenly along the bottom of the pie crust.
- Mix the Filling: In a medium bowl, whisk together the corn syrup, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Assemble the Pie: Pour the filling mixture over the pecans and chocolate chips in the pie crust.
- Bake: Cook in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 50-60 minutes. Check regularly and cover the edges with foil if they brown too quickly.
