  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 sesame seed hamburger buns
  • 1/2 cup Big Mac sauce, homemade or store-bought
  • 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • Pickle slices
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Prepare Patties: Divide the ground beef into 8 equal portions. Form each into a thin patty and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook Patties: Preheat your griddle over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
  3. Toast Buns: Lightly toast the buns, cut side down, on the griddle until golden.
  4. Assemble Burgers: Spread Big Mac sauce on both halves of each bun. Start with the bottom bun and add onions, a slice of cheese, one patty, some lettuce, and pickles. Add another patty and repeat the lettuce and sauce. Top with the bun top.
