- 1 pound ground beef (80/20)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 sesame seed hamburger buns
- 1/2 cup Big Mac sauce, homemade or store-bought
- 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
- 4 slices American cheese
- Pickle slices
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
Instructions
- Prepare Patties: Divide the ground beef into 8 equal portions. Form each into a thin patty and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Cook Patties: Preheat your griddle over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
- Toast Buns: Lightly toast the buns, cut side down, on the griddle until golden.
- Assemble Burgers: Spread Big Mac sauce on both halves of each bun. Start with the bottom bun and add onions, a slice of cheese, one patty, some lettuce, and pickles. Add another patty and repeat the lettuce and sauce. Top with the bun top.
- Serve Fresh: Serve the burgers immediately to enjoy while hot and juicy.
