- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved

- 5 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/4 cup beef broth

Instructions
- Layer Potatoes: Place the halved baby potatoes at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Season Beef: In a large bowl, toss the beef with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary. Layer over the potatoes.
- Prepare Garlic Butter: Mix melted butter and minced garlic. Drizzle evenly over the beef and potatoes.
- Add Broth: Pour beef broth around the edges to avoid washing off the seasonings.
- Cook: Cover and set your slow cooker to low for 7-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours. The beef should be tender and the potatoes soft.
