- 1 (10 oz) can Rotel tomatoes, well-drained
- 2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough

Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Heat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Cook Sausage: Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess grease to keep your crescents from becoming soggy.
- Mix Filling: Add the softened cream cheese and drained Rotel tomatoes to the skillet. Stir until the mixture is creamy and uniform.
- Prepare Crescents: Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles on a clean surface. Spoon a generous amount of the sausage mixture onto the wider end of each triangle.
- Add Cheese and Roll: Sprinkle some cheddar cheese over the filling. Roll up the dough starting from the filled end and place each crescent on the baking sheet, ensuring they don't touch.
