- 32 slices pepperoni
- 8 mozzarella cheese sticks, cut into 4 pieces each
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce, plus more for dipping
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat and Prep: Heat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Prepare the Biscuits: Flatten each biscuit into a circle on a flat surface.
- Add the Fillings: Place two slices of pepperoni and a piece of cheese in the center of each biscuit, topped with a teaspoon of marinara sauce.
- Form the Bombs: Pull the edges of the dough over the filling, pinching them together at the top to seal.
- Arrange and Season: Place the pizza bombs seam side down on the baking sheet. Mix the olive oil, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder, and brush it over the bombs. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake to Perfection: Cook for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
