- Prepare Ingredients: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Set out three shallow dishes for the coating process.
- Season Flour: Mix the flour, salt, and pepper in the first dish.
- Ready Eggs: Beat the eggs in the second dish.
- Combine Breadcrumbs: In the third dish, combine Panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Coat the Tenders: Pat the chicken tenders dry, dredge in flour, dip in eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to adhere.
- Prepare for Cooking: Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange the tenders in a single layer without touching. Spray the tenders lightly with cooking spray.
- Cook: Air fry for 10 minutes, flip, and continue cooking for another 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy.
