- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup sugar
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 8 ounces white chocolate, chopped
- 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of an 8x8 inch baking dish. Chill in the refrigerator.
- Melt White Chocolate: Using a double boiler, melt the white chocolate, stirring until smooth. Let cool slightly.
- Cream Cheese Mixture: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing well. Blend in the cooled white chocolate.
- Whip Cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks. Fold into the cream cheese mixture until well incorporated.
- Assemble: Pour the filling over the crust, smoothing the top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
- Serve: Cut into bars. Optionally, garnish with white chocolate shavings for an extra decadent touch.
