- 2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 Kinder chocolate bars, chopped
- Kinder Bueno bars, additional chopped Kinder chocolate for topping
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Combine crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press evenly into the bottom of your baking dish. Chill in the refrigerator.
- Make the Filling: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing thoroughly.
- Whip the Cream: In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks. Gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Add Chocolate: Fold in chopped Kinder chocolate. Spread evenly over the crust.
- Chill and Set: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until firm.
- Garnish and Serve: Before serving, top with Kinder Bueno bars and additional chocolate. Cut into bars and serve chilled.
