  1. Prepare the Crust: Mix crushed cookies and melted butter. Press into the bottom of your springform pan. Chill in the fridge.
  2. Cream Cheese Mixture: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until creamy. Add vanilla and mix well.
  3. Add Cookie Dough: Fold chunks of cookie dough into the cream cheese mixture evenly.
  4. Whip and Fold: Whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks. Fold gently into the cream cheese mixture.
