- 1 cup green tea, strongly brewed
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
- 3 tablespoons honey or to taste
- 2 1/2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin powder
Instructions
- Prepare Tea Mixture: Brew green tea and let it steep until strong. Mix in lemon juice and grated ginger. Strain to remove ginger fibers.
- Add Honey: Transfer the mixture to a saucepan, add honey, and warm on medium heat without boiling.
- Incorporate Gelatin: Sprinkle gelatin over the tea mixture and whisk continuously until fully dissolved.
- Adjust Flavor: Taste the mixture and add more honey if needed for sweetness.
- Set in Molds: Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a lined shallow dish. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Remove Gummies: Once set, pop the gummies out of the molds or cut into cubes if using a dish.
