- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, cut into 10 cubes
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce, for dipping
Instructions
- Prep and Preheat: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin with non-stick spray.
- Prepare Dough: Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a circle on your work surface.
- Add Cheese: Place a cube of mozzarella in the center of each dough circle.
- Form Bombs: Bring the edges of the dough up and around the cheese, pinching to seal and forming a ball.
- Season: In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning.
- Coat: Dip each biscuit bomb into the butter mixture, then roll in grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake: Place each bomb in a muffin tin cup. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- Serve: Offer warm with a side of marinara sauce for dipping.
