Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Grill or Oven: Set the grill to medium-high heat or the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Toss Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix the steak cubes and potatoes with olive oil, garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  3. Prepare Foil Packets: Cut four large sheets of foil. Divide the steak and potato mixture among the sheets, placing it in the center. Top each with a tablespoon of butter.
  4. Seal the Packets: Fold the foil over the ingredients, sealing the edges tightly to form a packet.
  5. Cook: Place the packets on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes on each side, or bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until the potatoes are tender and the steak reaches your preferred doneness.
