- 1½ pounds sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 pound baby potatoes, quartered
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 4 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Preheat Your Grill or Oven: Set the grill to medium-high heat or the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Toss Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix the steak cubes and potatoes with olive oil, garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Prepare Foil Packets: Cut four large sheets of foil. Divide the steak and potato mixture among the sheets, placing it in the center. Top each with a tablespoon of butter.
- Seal the Packets: Fold the foil over the ingredients, sealing the edges tightly to form a packet.
- Cook: Place the packets on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes on each side, or bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until the potatoes are tender and the steak reaches your preferred doneness.
- Serve with Garnish: Open the packets carefully, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve hot.
