- 4 eggs, separated
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Heat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Blend Cottage Cheese: In a small bowl, blend the cottage cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Beat Egg Whites: In a large bowl, beat the egg whites with the cream of tartar until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar, continuing until stiff peaks form.
- Mix Egg Yolks: In another bowl, whisk the egg yolks with the blended cottage cheese and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold Mixtures Together: Gently fold the yolk mixture into the egg whites, being careful not to deflate the air.
- Form Cloud Breads: Spoon the mixture onto the baking sheet in even rounds.
- Bake: Cook in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until golden and firm.
- Cool: Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
