- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Directions for Crepes:
- Make the Batter: In a blender, mix flour, eggs, milk, water, salt, and melted butter until smooth. Let it rest for a few minutes.
- Cook the Crepes: Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly butter it. Pour a small amount of batter into the pan, swirling to cover the surface. Cook for about 30 seconds, flip, and cook another 15 seconds. Repeat with the remaining batter.
Directions for Pancakes:
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, mix buttermilk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla.
- Make Pancake Batter: Add the wet ingredients to the dry, stirring until just combined.
- Cook Pancakes: On a greased, medium-hot griddle, pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden.
