Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound ground beef
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup sliced pickles
- 8 slices American cheese
- 1/2 cup Big Mac sauce (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
- Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned. Season with salt and pepper, then drain any excess grease and set aside.
- Prepare Tortillas: Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Spread a generous amount of Big Mac sauce over each tortilla.
- Add Cheese and Fillings: Place two slices of American cheese in the center of each tortilla. Top with the cooked ground beef, shredded lettuce, chopped onion, and sliced pickles.
- Wrap It Up: Fold the sides of each tortilla inward, then roll up tightly to enclose all the fillings, similar to wrapping a burrito.
- Grill the Wraps: Heat a panini press or a skillet over medium heat. Grill the wraps for 2-3 minutes on each side until the tortillas are golden and crispy, and the cheese is melted.
- Serve: Slice each wrap in half and serve hot, with extra Big Mac sauce for dipping if desired.
