- 1 package (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and thoroughly drained
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies, well-drained
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Heat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the Base: In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, spinach, tomatoes with green chilies, onion, garlic, Parmesan, cumin, and chili powder. Season with salt and pepper.
