Ingredients
Scale
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 packets of chicken gravy mix
- 1 (10.5 oz) can of cream of chicken soup
- 1 and 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: fresh chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions

- Prepare the Gravy: In a medium bowl, whisk together the chicken gravy mix, cream of chicken soup, water, and black pepper until smooth.
- Combine and Cook: Pour the gravy mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker. Cover and set to cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender.
- Shred and Serve: When the cooking time is up, shred the chicken right in the slow cooker using two forks. Stir well to mix the chicken with the gravy.
