For the bread:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar

- 1 cup fresh cranberries, roughly chopped
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil

- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
Instructions
- Prepare the Pan and Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir in the chopped cranberries and orange zest.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, blend orange juice, eggs, and vegetable oil.
- Form the Batter: Add the wet ingredients to the dry, mixing just until combined.
- Bake the Bread: Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool and Glaze: Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Whisk together the glaze ingredients and drizzle over the bread.
- Set and Serve: Allow the glaze to set before slicing and serving.
