- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

- 1 cup Ritz crackers, crushed
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 can (10.75 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Prepare Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and place them in the prepared baking dish.
- Create Soup Mixture: In a small bowl, thoroughly mix the cream of chicken soup, milk, and paprika.
- Assemble Dish: Distribute the broccoli florets evenly around the chicken. Pour the soup mixture over the chicken and broccoli in the dish.
- Add Toppings: Sprinkle the crushed crackers over the soup mixture, then cover with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake Covered: Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Afterward, remove the foil and continue to bake for another 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked and the topping is golden and bubbly.
- Serve Hot: Ensure each serving includes a generous portion of chicken, broccoli, and cheesy crust.
