- 2 ripe but firm bananas
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Slice bananas into 1/8 inch thick rounds. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Prep Slices: Brush banana slices with lemon juice and coat each with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Arrange in Air Fryer: Place slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if necessary.
- Air Fry: Set the air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Cook for 10-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Cool and Crisp: Remove chips and let them cool; they will crisp up further as they cool.
- Store or Serve: Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container.
