Instructions

  1. Heat the Panini Press: Preheat your panini press or a grill pan over medium heat.
  2. Assemble the Sandwiches: Start with a slice of focaccia. Layer on the grilled chicken slices, tomato slices, and fresh mozzarella. Add basil leaves and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. Season with salt and pepper. Top with another piece of focaccia.
