  • ½ cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup rice cereal
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • ¼ cup caramel sauce for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 9x9 inch baking pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then cool slightly.
  2. Create the Caramel Fudge Layer: In a saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and butter. Heat over low heat, stirring until smooth. Pour over the crust. Drizzle with ½ cup caramel sauce.
  3. Add the Crunch Topping: Sprinkle rice cereal and chopped pecans over the caramel layer. Press them gently into the fudge. Drizzle with the remaining ¼ cup caramel sauce.
  4. Chill to Perfection: Refrigerate the bars for at least 2 hours, or until set.
