- 1 lb penne pasta
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat Oven and Prepare Pasta: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the penne according to package directions until al dente, then drain.
- Mix Chicken and Sauces: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo wing sauce, ranch dressing, and cream cheese. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Combine Pasta and Celery: Add the drained pasta and diced celery to the chicken mixture, tossing to coat evenly.
- Assemble the Dish: Transfer the pasta mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Evenly sprinkle the mozzarella and cheddar cheeses over the top.
- Bake: Place in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle blue cheese crumbles and chopped green onions over the baked pasta before serving.
