Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease your baking dish.
- Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the cottage cheese, oats, sweetener, eggs, milk, vanilla, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add Blueberries: Gently fold the blueberries into the mixture to evenly distribute them without crushing.
- Bake the Mixture: Pour the batter into the prepared dish and bake until the top is golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
