- 1 pound pizza dough
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 cup cooked Italian sausage, crumbled
- 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 egg, beaten for egg wash
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Prepare Oven and Pan: Preheat to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll Out Dough: On a floured surface, roll the dough into a 10x14 inch rectangle.
- Add Toppings: Spread pizza sauce onto dough, leaving a border. Layer pepperoni, sausage, bell peppers, mushrooms, and mozzarella. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Roll and Seal: Roll the dough tightly starting from the long side. Seal seams and ends. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Apply Egg Wash: Brush the top with egg wash and sprinkle with Parmesan.
- Bake: Cook for 25-30 minutes until golden. Check doneness by ensuring it’s heated through and the crust is crispy.
- Cool and Serve: Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice. Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
