Ingredients for the Banana Bread Cake:

Instructions
- Prepare Your Baking Pan: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and flour your baking pan.
- Mix the Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Cream Butter and Sugar: In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla.
- Combine with Bananas and Sour Cream: Fold in the mashed bananas and sour cream. Gradually add the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Bake Your Cake: Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Make the Frosting: Beat the cream cheese and butter until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla, beating until fluffy.
- Frost and Serve: Once the cake is completely cool, spread the frosting evenly over the top. Cut into slices and enjoy!
