Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prep: Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour your baking pan.
  2. Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, vigorously beat together the vegetable oil, granulated sugar, and eggs until smooth.
  3. Combine Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Gradually blend these into the wet mixture, stirring just until combined.
