- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Prep for Cooking: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare Dredging Stations: Arrange three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mixture of panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian herbs.
- Dredge the Chicken: Season chicken with salt and pepper. Coat each breast first in flour, then in egg, and finally in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Prepare for Air Frying: Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil spray. Place the breaded chicken in the basket, not touching each other. Spray the tops with olive oil spray.
- Cook: Air fry for 10 minutes. Flip the chicken, spray again, and continue to cook for another 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the crust is golden.
- Serve and Enjoy: Serve the chicken immediately, offering a crispy outside with a juicy, tender inside.
